Refresher Class

What is the Refresher Class?

The Refresher Class is a one-session review for couples who have both completed the 12-Week Bradley Method® series within the past 3 years.  This is typically a private class and tailored for your specific needs.  We can review any or all aspects of the Bradley Method including:

  • Exercise & Nutrition
  • Anatomy & How the Body Works
  • Stages of Labor
  • Pain Management Techniques & Coaching
  • Labor Positions
  • Drugs & Interventions
  • Birth Plans
  • Postpartum
  • Breastfeeding

How much do classes cost?

The Refresher Class starts at $50 for up to 2 hours of review.  It’s an additional $35 if you’d like to purchase a new workbook.  (The workbook is not required for the Refresher Class but nice to have.  You are always welcome to use your old workbook too.)

Classes are held in southwest Longmont off Airport Road and Clover Basin Drive (click here for map).
